Works have just started in this beautiful beachfront resort, located 65 km north of Salvador, and just between the golf resort of Costa de Sauipe and Praia do Forte. The resort boasts 1km of tropical beach, lined with palm trees and beautiful dunes. It comes complete with a Breezes SuperClubs hotel and a golf practice, and the first phase will be delivered in the first half of 2007.

Inside the resort, 3 different condominiums have been created.

Two of those, Vale das Orquideas and Altos das Bromelias, feature individual villas or 330 to 395 sqm, on plots of around 1100-1200 sqm (one-fourth of an acre). There is a choice of 4 different designs, from several architects; and the villas come complete with a pool and poolhouse/barbecue area.

A third condominium also features apartments, each with verandah, are 118 to 170 m² and cost between €80000 and €110000.

On all property, part financing is available, directly from the developer, in up to 42 months. There is an on-site property management service that takes care of rentals, maintenance, gardening etc.

The resort is completely gated and fenced; and each condominium has an additional gate with the most advance technology (eye recognition and magnetic cards).

Investors have the right to 'flip' the property over to an other buyer on delivery; and payment schedules can be discussed according to your needs.

For existing customers, we have obtained simple schemes like:
> 45% during construction (4 payments, every 6 months)

> 30% in 18 monthly payments after the keys

The developer charges no interest on this financing but, as customary in Brazil, payments will be indexed to the Construction Price Index during construction, and to the Consumer Price Index after construction.

One may expect the prices of these villas to increase by 50% upon completion (in 2 years).
