About us

We are consultants that work only with real estate for investors, hotels and developers.

We usually work search driven - as buyer's agents - and secure land, complete resorts and JV. Our clients include listed international developers and investment funds. Projects are typically in the $5 to$50 million range, with a certain bias towards the high end market.

We select development property in Brazil based on market potential, planning issues, ROI, time horizon, risks, and exit strategies.

Our partners - principals only - are developers with hands-on experience in large European, US and Brazilian projects, and speak English, Spanish, Portuguese, French, Dutch and German.

Clients benefit from our deep inside contacts and knowledge of the Brazilian market, laws and negotiations. But also, from our understanding of what international clients want, and from a seamless and clear communication.

We take on only a handful of clients per year, so as to provide each client with a very complete assistance. We usually work on a low retainer plus success fee.
