This land is located south of the Formosa bay and includes 6km of beach and 2572 hectares of land (6355 acres); some 94 km from Natal and 110 km from João Pessoa.

It includes some scenic lakes, a river, a coconut plantation with 60000 palm trees, and a large reserve of native jungle (Mata Atlantica - environmentally protected).

The river and native jungle occupy about 2/3 of the area, so that there is about 800ha that could really be developed. The terrain has nice hills and slopes that create fantastic views; and on one side, the beach has beautiful cliff formations that also form a natural barrier, so the beach is quite private.
