Paraty - 180+ ha with 3+ km of beachfront

This area, some 20km north of Paraty, is one of the few near Paraty that offers a large, flat area behind the beach that allows for development; while it is enclosed on both sides by hills that create views privacy.

The land includes part of the Taquari river and could possible exploit this to create a large marina. The land has 2km of beach and 3-4 km of oceanfront.

The farm belongs to a rich industrial who does not want to develop himself, but is looking for a venture partner that would develop the land.
