This project, from a Portuguese developer, is located some thirty minutes from Salvador on the famous 'Linha Verde' that connects Salvador with the tourist destinations like Praia do Forte and Costa do Sauipe. It's location and quality makes this homes suitable for permanent living, as well as quality tourism. It features only 176 plots with each minimum 1000m², on a total area of 600000m² and with a spacious 1100m² clubhouse, fitness club, pool, kids' club, cycling paths, tennis and sports fields. It also offers newly built homes, with modern design and quality finish, at prices starting from only 175000 € for homes of around 240m². Several homes have already been built, and are available with or without a new furnishing kit. All infrastructure is already 100% complete and operational. The project lies in the middle of the natural reserve of the Guarajuba lakes, and as such has low density building and lots of green space, including native jungle and a rich animal and floral life. Two wooden paths lead you through the green areas and over the lakes to the beach, located only 700m from the homes; either on foot, by bicicle or with a little golf cart. There is a choice of 4 different homes (4 or 5 bathrooms); ranging from 220 to 440m² built. The 4 bathroom homes cost €175000 to 190000, including pool and garden; the 5 bedroom homes cost €195000 to 220000. Payments: 5% on reservation 35% on obtaining the title deed; within 1 year of the building licence.
The homes can be delivered completely furnished and equipped for an extra price of €45000 to 50000. The building lots can also be bought separately and cost €50 to 60/m² depending on location.
