Off-plan: Luxury apartments in Rio de Janeiro (Avda das Americas)

These designer apartments are located in Barra, Rio's newest neighbourhood, south of Ipanema.

The area has an "American" feel; in fact it could be Miami; with it's designer buildings, large avenues, numerous shopping malls and entertainment options and of course - a very nice beach.

Penthouses are around 265 m² and $300-350000.

The investment is structured as follows: 15% downpayment - 45% during construction. The balance can be financed by the vendor in 32 months at interests of 14% per annum.
As customary in Brazil, all payments during construction will be indexed according to the construction price index.
