The beaches are of fine, white sand; yet the waves are small because of the location deep in the bay. There are no legal or environmental restrictions to developing this land; as it is not in any environmental protection plan and the vegetation is based on a palm tree plantation; with some lakes in the back. The hinterland is hardly developed; so this area is mainly useful for self-supporting resorts or developments. The plot is priced quite low, and it's depth provides a lot of acreage and extremely good value. Paperwork is fully OK.
