This land is a long strip, about 200m deep and 1000m wide, on the top and front of a hill that is parallel with the coast and has building sites with the views below on about 700m of that.

These 700m are currently zoned as "rural"; and could be sold as individual farms of 100m front (by 200m deep), each allowing one to build a farmhouse without any town licence.

The land in the front (some 60000m²) is urban; and could be developed as a higher number of individual plots. Electricity is available on the road (200m from the entrance, 1000m from the higher plots. There is a spring at the bottom of the hill.
The land is located centrally between Garopaba beach (7km) and Rosa beach (6km);
