Garopaba is a holiday town, some 70km south of Florianopolis in the south of Brazil, that has become very popular because of it's natural beauty, quality of life, and... Brazil's best surfing waves!

Over the next 3-4 years, we expect development and prices in this cute area to explode, for two different reasons.

First, the new 4-lane highway will connect Florianopolis to Garopaba in some 40 minutes - and will shorten the distance to the rich market of Porto Alegre, some 400 km south of Garopaba.

Second, Florianopolis being an island, with strict environmental limits, development is reaching it's limits and is bound to move to the next beautiful area near the city - Garopaba.

And of course, the intrinsic values of its beauty, its surfing beaches, and the 'beautiful people' from all over the world visiting Garopaba and Rosa beach, by itself are enough to guarantee a quick appreciation of land in this area.

The town is completely suitable for permanent living, offering all services one needs at an international quality level.
