Brazil real estate investment fund - Itacare Capital

We are happy to announce the successful launch of an AIM-listed Brazil real estate investment fund. The ticker is ITA and information can be obtained from the London Stock Exchange website or analyst reports.

The fund structure provides investors with exposure to Brazilian residential real estate using a tax-efficient investment vehicle coupled with a dedicated and experienced management team to invest in a diversified portfolio of high-quality residential development projects.

The fund has assembled a strong management team composed of individuals that have relevant investment, development, legal and construction experience, both internationally and in Brazil.

Macroeconomic conditions in Brazil have improved significantly and allow for favorable investment projects in residential/resort real estate.

The Fund will invest primarily in Projects located in the Northeast region of Brazil, which has experienced strong investment in infrastructure and growth in the number of visitors.

Projects are expected to generate IRR of 30-45% based only on the sale of real estate without taking into account any profits from hotel or leisure operations.

Investors can buy shares on the LSE, but as of +/- $5 million, direct investments in some of the fund's projects are possible
