Genipabu, Natal
Genipabu lies just a few miles north of Natal, across the vast Potengi river. It is famous for its scenic sand dunes, who are over 30m high and stretch from the sea to the lakes in the back.
Those dunes - with thrilling buggy and camel rides - are a real day trip attraction, but the difficulty of access (only per ferry boat, or a big detour all around the city) have kept this beach relatively undeveloped.
This will change soon, however; as a giant bridge will connect Natal with Genipabu - and massive price increases will occur.
Except for the beachfront, only a handful of hills offer sea views. Yet the hinterland is very lush and exotic, as the soil is rich with mineral water and many large gardens have remained untouched.
An excellent location for speculative land buyers, or land division.
