Our clients are international investors (hotels, developers, private investors, and investment funds) that are looking for investment opportunities in Brazil.
If you are selling such properties, please contact us. In order to decide if your offer is interesting for our clients, we will need:
1. good digital pictures of the property and plans
2. description of the property
3. scan of the title deeds
Please note that we will check all legal details of a property before submitting it to our clients. We are very familiar with all aspects of Brazilian law, real market prices, plan diretor, APA's, certidões, posseiros etc. and will not waste our time with properties that have any hidden problems.

Beachfront land for high-end residential tourism development in Bahia, Natal, Rio-São Paulo, Alagoas or Santa Catarina. 15 ha up to 1000ha and more. Budget US$1 - $10 million. Must be very beautiful! May be in APA's zoned for low density. Possibility to build marina or golf course is a plus.
Island for high end development. As of 20ha, needs to be very beautiful. Helicopter or boat access .
Land for high-end equestrian centre plus a small hotel and/or villas, near the beach.
Beachfront hill in Itacaré for private investor - with enough clear area to build 3 to 5 homes.
Commercial real estate or offices. Rented with long contracts to banks or blue-chip tenants. US$500k-$2 million each. Preferably São Paulo.
Commercial or residential real estate with stable tenants. For real estate investment group. US$10-30mi. Will consider distressed property, fast decisions.
High-end beachfront villas / plots in Arraial d'Ajuda or Trancoso.
