Management Team

Julian Villacorta

Julian was Country Manager for Cargill Value Investment where he ran a USD 100 MM real estate investment portfolio composed of several residential development projects, build to suit offices, and MBS mortgage backed securities. Before that at Tishman Speyer Properties he was Director responsible for all new business activities from asset acquisitions to dispositions. Julian has worked in Madrid, Spain in a joint venture between a local construction group and Colliers international and has held different managerial positions in the main international real estate full service providers: JonesLangLasalle, Cushman and Wakefield and Richard Ellis. Julian graduated in Law from the University of São Paulo (USP) and earned his MBA from the University of Brighton in the UK.

Andy Gruber

Andy’s experience was developed through holding design and construction and development real estate positions both in the United States and Brazil. As former Director of Design and Construction for Tishman Speyer Properties in Brazil he was involved in major projects such as the Torre Norte/CENU and Rochavera Plaza in Brazil and Colorado Center in California. Prior to joining TSP, Andy worked as senior director for Arquitectonica International and President of Transnational Properties in Miami, Florida, where we was responsible for a number of projects across the United States and Europe. Andy holds a BA in Architecture and Urbanism from Mackenzie University School of Architecture and Urban Planning.
