Open space and privacy

The floor plans of the bungalows was designed to create a spacious feeling, even when inside -
and to enjoy the best of the tropical climate.

TYPE A - Bungalow suite

In the bungalow suite, the lounge alone is over 35m2 - with a 3.5m (11.5ft) high ceiling and
monumental wooden "doors" that fully open up during the day so the lounge is converted into a
shadowy, well ventilated lounge.

A small gourmet kitchenette serves to whip up a quick meal or royal breakfast and doubles as a bar.

The en-suite bathroom offers a large, double sink and a spa-like feeling - reinforced by the
out-door shower room which allows you to take a refreshing shower under the sun - or under the stars.

Optionally, an outdoor jacuzzi can be installed just next to the same area.

Throughout, walls have been placed in such way that they always offers views to the tropical gardens -
but provides privacy and shelter as well where it is important.

All bungalows are oriented to make best use of both the sun and the dominating wind direction.
The design ensures a natural ventilation that flows from the front through the large ventilation windows
placed high in the back walls so the warm air is naturally evacuated.

Bungalows are located in small groups (2-3 bungalows) facing different angles for privacy; each with an average
of 200m2 of exotical garden in front.

Cars will not be allowed inside the development; but parking space is provided free of charge
at the entrance of the development.

Close to the beach, the village centre of Arraial, and the equestrian centre of Arraial
