In the current stage, masterplan and floorplans are still open for input from the buyers.

Therefore, we now only can register interest, offering special pre-launch prices for the first buyers.

Pre-launch prices are about 1500 Euro/m2, meaning each 330m2 villas would cost around 495000 Euro.

Given the exclusivity of the project and the low-density of houses,
our target pricing is around 2500Euro/m2 when the project is completed.

These prices are calculated on private, built and covered space only - to avoid confusion with the Brazilian system
in which decks, pools, verandas and communal areas are included - exagerating the real size of the property by up to 50%.

Pre-construction payments will total about 40% of the total price.
